General

-Tixly AS sells tickets on behalf of the responsible venue/organizer. All questions concerning the event shall be directed to the organizer/arena. Specific terms and conditions for the organizer/venue will be stated in the order confirmation. The purchase agreement is subject to the legal rules in Norwegian legislation. The agreement is binding on both parties only when Tixly has registered and received payment. Tixly and the responsible venue/organizer are allowed to communicate digitally with the ticket buyer through e-mail, SMS and push notifications.

Payment

-All communication between you and Tix.no takes place in encrypted form. Your card information is sent directly to the card issuer, and Tix.no does not save any card information.

Delivery fees

-If you choose to have your order delivered by post, any delivery fee is shown in the purchase process. Delivery fee is not refunded if the event gets cancelled.

The ticket

-The ticket gives you access to the event that the ticket refers to as long as the barcode is valid and legible. Tickets or products which has been cancelled are not valid. The ticket cannot be copied or used more than once. The ticket may be transferred to another person unless it is clearly stated on the website and/or the ticket that the ticket is personal. Tickets may not be traded for commercial purposes. Tickets may also not be offered in competitions or in connection with a offer of any other product or service without written permission from Tixly and/or the responsible venue/organizer. If this provision is violated, Tixly has the right to cancel the tickets.

Loss

-If you lose your tickets before the event, please contact the venue/organizer.

Refund

-Tixly is not responsible for refunds in connection with cancelled events. Please contact the responsible venue/organizer. Purchased ticket cannot be redeemed or exchanged for another ticket. Please note that a ticket paid directly at the time of booking is considered to be purchased.
-The distance contract law does not apply to the purchase of event tickets.

Cancelled event

-You are responsible for checking that the event is not cancelled or moved. An event is considered cancelled if the event has not taken place at all. Changes to the repertoire, changed date, partially executed events and similar do not constitute a cancelled event. In case of cancelled or moved events, please contact the responsible arena / organizer responsible for questions about redemption of tickets.

Complaints

-All forms of complaint relating to the event should be directed towards the venue/organizer. If you are unhappy with anything associated with your ticket purchase, please contact Tixly at info-no@tixly.com.

Reservation

-Tixly reserves the right that incorrect information regarding prices and sold out events may occur. Tixly reserves the right to change the placement within the same ticket category and to move the reservation to another category against that any price difference will be paid to the customer. Tixly reserves the right to cancel issued tickets against refunding the tickets price and fees to the ticket buyer.

Contact tracing

-In the cases that there is a need to contact the public in connection with tracking of infections and information about any infection after the event, we will send out information to all customers. When purchasing tickets on behalf of friends and others, the ticket buyer is responsible for giving information from the organizer to the friends and others in the case of infection detection.

Applicable law

-Norwegian law applies to these general conditions.
